Chiang Mai

Laundry day at a wat close to the Thai/Lao border.

Stairway to get to the wat.

Dogs chillin' on the cool tiles.

Mekong river and the border between Thailand and Laos.

You cant see it from this angle, but this is actually a picture of a monk taking a picture of a Buddha with his iPhone...

One of the many wats in Chiang Mai old town.

At the Sunday Market in CM. Some kids dressed up as super heroes or something put up a show.

Snack street! One one hand, delicious creamy pastries in multiple colours...

... and on the other hand something a bit more crunchy.

The. Most. Amazing. Hat. Ever.

Chris got an original Hanna Grubb t-shirt. For free!

Sigge showed off with his ballon skills!

...more or less, depending on how we feel.

Trekking day, starting with a short elephant ride.

Almost halfway up the mountain after 1,5 h of climbing!
Sweaty but fun!

Almost at the top now!

Finally at the village on top of the mountain. This friendly cat welcomed us.

The bedroom.

The bathroom.

View from the bathroom.

Hibiscus!

Don't that flower look just like a julstjärna?

Aussie Nicole and our trek guide "Jack Sparrow"

Some kids from the village came and sang for us.

Jack Sparrow setting up a puzzle.

Sunrise!

Probably the most scenic bathroom in the world...

Friendly dog seeking attention.

Another waterfall. Lost count on how many I've seen now... ;)

2nd day means downhill.

People washing and bathing with elephants at an elephant rescue centre.

Lit up buddha in CM city.

Hangin' out at A Little Bird Guesthouse.

Mary, Regan, me and Liza at the "Fruit Shake Lady's"
