Luang Prabang

Luang Prabang is completely stuffed with wats, they are everywhere in this little city! This being one of the bigger ones.

Em and Joa.. I mean Pablo at the Mekong riverside.

Hibiscus! I like flowers.

Dinner at the food market.

Early morning ceremony. At sunrise people sit in the streets to offer sticky rice to the monks.

Our favourite baguette and smoothie-stall!

Boat trip time!

Stop at the "Whisky Village"

And then off again, to a cave.

Mekong!

Breakfast (baguettes, of course) with some newly made friends before going on a mountain bike ride to see a waterfall!

Yeah!

Robin, suddenly 24 minus 20 years old, sees an elephant for the first time in his life.

Dinner at the night market again. Buffet for 10.000 kip (9 SEK)!

Beach boy Chris.

Pretty mesmerizing scenery at the waterfall!

Last night out in Luang Prabang! Only Englishmen apart from me. They speak funny.

Vang Vieng

Me and Madison in a restaurant shortly after arriving in Vang Vieng..

...with Joao - I mean Pablo!

Q-bar! One bucket costs 9 kr (1,5 USD); "Getting you fucked in more ways than one".
Joa... - I mean Pablo started consider a career as a truck driver

Tuktuk with a hammock. In case you'd feel like you are working too hard. Drivers would lay in them and half-heartedly shout "tuktuk" to us as we walked past them.

Fresh spring rolls, one of my favourites!!

Time for tubing!

View from one of the many riverside bars.

Hungry after a full day of tubing. Pizza it is!

Main door to our hostel.
The door to my room.

My bed.

Our living room.
Pretty amazing scenery in Vang Vieng town.

Dog gone tubing?  In one of the riverside bars people get spray painted in vivid colours.
Off for another day of tubing!

Most of the restaurants in Vang Vieng looks like this: low tables with lots of cushions and a flat screen tv showing either Family Guy or Friends!
