Tasmania

This is how happy you (not) are when you get to spend 6 hours in one of the most boring airports I've ever seen, Melbourne Tullamarine. 6 long hours waiting for the flight to Hobart.

Hobart street view! There's gonna be a few of them in this entry :)

This guy has way to much spare time and way to few tendons.

I like green.

Harrington Street.

Cascade Road kitchen, The Frenchies, Rhys and Tim showing off his seventh sense  (always being able to localise a camera).

Rhys posing for the camera from the inside of his pride and joy (his Audi) moments before he finds out that someone (no names :) ) just crashed his other car...

Wallabies!

Pictures taken at Freycinet National Park.

Huw; pointing.

Spot the male body part.
Packin' for the Falls Festival!

Huw; looking cool.

Falls!

Mesmerised!

What's going on here?
Delphine enjoying the sun and the music!

In Australia sunscreen comes in pump bottles! Use a lot of it!

The line up for one of the stages.

Our camp site.

Cheese delight at Hobart wharf. Yummy!

Tim's socks. Whattyasay?

Paul singing for Tim and Huw in the kitchen.

Hobart street.

Hobart City, Elizabeth St.

Cascade beers on Cascade road! Tim looking silly.
At Cygnet Folk Festival
Needs no comment :)

Funny

At the wharf.

Apparently the best goon there is. Taste like fruit juice.

Tim looking silly.

Nick and Em in the kitchen. No strange things. Or?

Superman! No wait, it is just Tim looking silly.

Tim looking creepy.

Tim looking decisive.

Wharf, again.

A big butt. (Ref to the movie "Finding Nemo")

Tim looking emo.

Tasmanian humour?

I like boats :)

Maquaire St
Cascade brewery! So pretty!

Took a walk on the premises around the brewery.

The trees were burned black and bare from old bush fires. Eerie and pretty at the same time!

Tim's socks again. Have you thrown them away yet? ;)
At MONA (Museun od Old and New Art). This is an artificial digestive system, smelled like vomit and shit. Interesting in that gross kind of way...

When you are sitting down on the toilet, suddenly the lights are turned down and an old Charlie Chaplin movie is projected on the floor... Genius!

X-rayed dead rats posing as Jesus on the cross.

Writing in water!

Tattooed pig's skin. If it is controversial, it is on MONA! http://www.wimdelvoye.be/artfarm.php

At MONA there are no signs or names next to the exhibited pieces. Instead they hand you an iPhone, that shows all the information and comments, all with a humorous touch.

Fat Ferrari.

Mount Wellington, next to Hobart.

Best water I've had in ages!

Maquarie Street again, so pretty!

The Tasman Bridge
Uhm. Not sure I remember where...

With Shiv somewhere northeast of Hobart.

Trying to hitch hike to Port Arthur.

Getting closer...

Original road worker and his dog (with a need for speed) who picked us up in his big truck!

TASMANIAN DEVIL!!!! YAY :)

So cute!

Better keep your hands off!

Eastern quoll, native only to Tasmania and cute and clumsy!

Big mean looking bird. Apparently this bird sometimes catches wallabies for dinner...

The Tasman Arch.

Coffee art at Ginger Brown

Ärtsoppa! Pea Soup!

In Australia a bottle of Rekordelig Cider is $8 (= 60 SEK)!! What are they in Sweden, like $2 or $2.50?

Graffiti watching along the rivulet running under the city.

Heaps of blackberries!

Tim looking silly.

Liam almost got eaten by a monster.

Changing rooms at an abandoned swimming pool.

Taking a photo of Yannick taking a photo.

Down in the tunnel again!
Some weird art down there...

Ant invasion in the toilet.

Calamares at Cascade Hotel

Last night in Tassie!

Best. Breakfast. Ever. Also starring a milkshake thing with chocolate cake in it. I am both sad and glad I found out about this on my last day at Cascade Rd...
